OVERVIEW

 

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Precision Quality Systems website and your purchase and use of products offered by Precision Quality Systems ("PQS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or using a downloaded product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

 

PQS products may include downloadable templates, guides, forms, records, and related digital materials. Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product-specific license, purchasing a PQS digital product grants the purchaser a non-transferable license to use and customize the purchased materials for the purchaser's own internal business purposes. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying PQS intellectual property.

PROHIBITED USE

 

PQS digital products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared as a competing template product, posted for public download, or otherwise commercially distributed as standalone templates or template collections without prior written permission from Precision Quality Systems.

CUSTOMIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

 

PQS templates are designed to provide a practical, structured starting point for quality documentation. Customers are responsible for reviewing and customizing the materials for their own products, processes, terminology, responsibilities, customer requirements, industry requirements, regulatory obligations, and quality management system.

NO GUARANTEE OF COMPLIANCE

 

Purchase or use of a PQS product does not by itself establish, certify, or guarantee compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, customer-specific requirements, or any other quality standard. Customers remain responsible for determining and meeting the requirements applicable to their organization.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

 

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. Product contents, features, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time. Material changes will not reduce any rights already granted to a customer for a product previously purchased under the applicable license.

PAYMENTS

 

Prices are displayed at checkout before purchase. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information. Orders may be declined, canceled, or reviewed when necessary to address payment errors, suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, or other legitimate transaction issues.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Digital-product purchases are subject to the Precision Quality Systems Return & Refund Policy. Because digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided, except as described in that policy or as required by applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

The PQS name, product names, original template designs, written content, guides, and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Precision Quality Systems or their applicable rights holders. Customers may make permitted internal customizations without acquiring ownership of the underlying PQS materials.

LIMITATION OF USE

 
PQS materials are business documentation resources and are not legal, regulatory, certification, or professional consulting services. Customers should obtain appropriate professional advice when their circumstances require it.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

We may update these Terms of Service as our products, website, or business practices change. The version posted on the website will apply to use of the website from its effective date, subject to applicable law and any rights associated with purchases already completed.
